YouTube Videos for Gov

EPA offers cash prizes for people to make youtube videos explaining how federal regulations are good.

It seems a bit... odd... to me to have the federal government basically paying people to develop propaganda in support of the federal government. But maybe there's potential here. I can't wait to see some spoofers on YouTube. Maybe this program should be further expanded. DHS can do "Greatest TSA Bloopers and Outtakes" (already some strong entries here and here). I also can't wait for "ATF's Greatest Raids."

I can already see some "Bud Light Presents... Real Men of Genius" parodies here...
