The original NFA of 1934 is now void. What is left of the original 1934 NFA is not an assault weapons ban by any stretch of the imagination.I hope she takes a hacksaw to the barrel of her husband's hunting 30-30 or shotgun, cuts 'em down to celebrate, and drives them through a school zone on the way to the skeet range. She's also said the Gun Free School Zones Act doesn't exist, so without the NFA or GFSZA to worry about she should be A-Ok!
