That's why Afghanistan isn't pacified yet! All we need to do is declare the violent areas to be "safe zones," put up some blue lights with call boxes every 200 meters in Kandahar City, establish gun free zones and send out unarmed patrols to build rapport with the violent opium smugglers and suicide bombers, and issue rape whistles to children and goats.
Brilliant! We'll be home by Easter.
On a more serious note, I hope the Democratic caucus in Colorado is held responsible for any rapes, aggravated assaults, or murders that occur on Colorado campuses. Any blood will be on their hands. There are bad people out there and the only thing that will deter them is two rounds, center mass, repeated as necessary. I am not aware of ANY problems with concealed carry on campus in Colorado. The democrats just banned a safe, lawful practice exposing many people to the threat of death or serious bodily injury. The contempt they show for their constituents is amazing--apparently they don't even think women know when they're being raped.
I went to college with veterans on the GI bill. I've taken CWP classes with professors who were threatened in their classrooms. Not all people on college campuses are 18 year old idiots with drinking problems.
