A few months back we wrote about a tragic slaying of two Coast Guardsmen at Kodiak. I was on the island at the time and able to attend the memorial, which was very moving.
An arrest has been made.
What kind of person is arrested for such a heinous crime?
Courtview says the suspected perp has a long record in Alaska. It is a common name and I can't tell if the guy is one and the same with the Court View records, but there's a good mix of DV and minor offenses throughout there.
I'm glad they finally cracked the case, I just hope that they got the right guy.
